Originally established as an Assembly Plant, Crown Star specialized in fully assembling a range of electronic products, from their semi-knocked-down (SKD) state.
However, due to Government policy, it has been converted into a fully-fledged Service Centre. Crown Star believes in after-sales service support, and we achieve this by way of our efficient and popular Service Centre. Crown Star is the authorized Service Centre for many globally renowned electronic brands.
Our large team of professionals undergo regular training. This training is provided on site and is often conducted by representatives from our internationally recognized electronics partners. The team is therefore always up to date on the latest trends in the world of technology, allowing us to provide the best service to our esteemed customers.
Every customer who purchases an electronic product from Melcom Limited automatically gets a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty supported by Crown Star. Services include free transport of the damaged item to Head Office in Accra, from any Melcom shop in the country. After completion of the service, the item is sent back to the shop in question – again, free of charge.
